Job Title: Administrative Specialist Job Type: Onsite Contract to Hire Location: Owing Mills, MD Pay Range: 20-22 Per Hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM 1 Virtual Interview 6 Month Contract to Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental and more Key Responsibilities Contact dealers to obtain factory order status and delivery updates. Record notes in the system and update status trackers. Resolve delivery issues and collaborate with other departments to find solutions. Maintain accurate records of unresolved issues. Handle Service Cloud cases (status inquiries, temp tag expirations, damages, etc.). Address fax failures and returned letters from dealers. Follow up with factories to resolve any delays. Take action to ensure timely receipt of invoices and vehicle deliveries. Requirements High School Diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred. 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work. Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and data entry. Ability to work both in-office and remotely as needed.
