KRS CPAs is a full-service CPA firm seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment to join our team.

Located in Paramus, NJ our office is easily accessible from anywhere in the metro area.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, screening when necessary.Provide high-quality customer service by answering routine inquiries.Greet and assist company visitors.Document management & maintenance.Maintains office forms and procedures, assists with administrative tasks.Maintains office equipmentSort, distribute, and prepares incoming / outgoing mail, coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material.Handles clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.Assists with processing and other related tasks during tax season.Order and maintain office supplies.Assists with marketing and business development teams, maintains firm newsletter and blogs, event logistics, and social media.Maintains calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and training.Schedules CPE and maintains database for all accountants.
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal and client services skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem solving skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Able to work independently.Proficient in MS Office.
Experience and Education
A minimum of three years of experience in a professional services environment.Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Remote work is not available for this position.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is an In-Person full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday*, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*Some Saturday's are required during tax season.
