Somerset is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and technical support to multiple departments.
Essential Function Responsibilities: Performs the scheduling function for multiple departments assuring daily, weekly, hourly staffing needs are achieved without issues/contract violations.
Responsible for the accurate and timely administrations of the production payroll process. Provides administrative assistance as necessary. Preferred candidates will possess the following skills: Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office required) Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities Self-starter, demonstrates a sense of urgency, follow-up and completion of tasks Ability to work and take direction from several people Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees HRIS system or prior payroll experience and/ or knowledgeable of company pay policy and labor contract a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
