Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant at Hearst Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our team. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Documentation: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects and initiatives, tracking progress and providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
Data Management: Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment, contributing to team goals and objectives.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements
