What You'll Do Position Summary
Suvida Healthcare is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our office operations in Austin, Texas.
The ideal candidate will manage daily office tasks such as handling mail, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various administrative duties.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and contribute to the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Prepare and send outgoing mail, including arranging for courier services when necessary.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supply inventory, including ordering new supplies as needed.
Ensure office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is stocked with necessary supplies like paper and toner.
Coordinate with vendors for office supply orders and maintenance requests.
Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing office documents.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
General Office Maintenance: Keep the office environment tidy and organized.
Assist with light cleaning duties, such as tidying up common areas and organizing workspace.
Coordinate with building management or maintenance teams for any office repairs or maintenance needs.
What You'll Bring Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Previous experience in an office setting is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team at our Austin Corporate Office Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
