Position Duties and Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining spreadsheetsFiling various paperworkAnswering phones Accounts payable/receivable data entry Qualifying and redirecting calls to the appropriate departments Maintaining contact between office and field staffAssisting in various office duties Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED3+ years of office experienceMicrosoft Office experience Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higherAbility to work in a fast paced environmentExperience with ERP management softwareProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills with ability to typeDemonstrated ability to execute results against deadlinesKnowledge of fire, security, CCTV and card access
