Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description We are partnering with a local insurance company to find a skilled administrative assistant to add to their finance department.
This individual is responsible for, but not limited to the following responsibilities: Work with Trust Attorneys and Employers with Collection of Fringe benefits Work with Trust employer auditor and employer to coordinate yearly selection, audit results, appeals, and collection of outstanding fringe benefits Answering and managing phone calls and emails Maintaining files and database management Data entry and other clerical tasks Handling incoming and outgoing reports Performing research as needed Assisting with customer service inquiries.
