Administrative Assistant- Service Center

We have an exciting Administrative Assistant position available with our client in downtown Dallas!
A leading brand in luxury goods, our client has an unrivaled reputation for excellence, performance, and prestige.


This position is 100% onsite.


Compensation: $53-55,000

Based on-site at the downtown Dallas location, the Service Operations Administrative Associate provides basic administrative support to the local team.


Duties:

Compiling statistics and information for research as requested Maintaining appropriate stocking of office supplies Coordinating and creating schedules for company events and trainings Ordering and maintaining lab coat stock Assists spare parts department with various tasks, including inventory processes Assisting with employee travel arrangement, hotels, flights etc.
Assisting with monthly workshop supply purchases Maintain company credit card and supply accounting the needed receipts Preparing proforma documents for shipping to Geneva or other affiliates Managing inventory of supplies for Customer Service Coordinating lunches (and possibly transportation) for guest visits or special occasions Assisting with HR tasks such as parking lot assignments, locker room assignment and labeling of locker for new employees, ordering names plates for workbench.
Performing basic scanning work Compiling information for Geneva Developing presentations Pulling and filing paperwork Maintaining department calendars Performing back-office administrative duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor Maintaining employee records regarding production and quality Updating records regarding comebacks and corrections Photo-documenting Rolex products, parts and tools as needed Maintaining records of tool assignments Assists with travel and lodging for team members as needed for meetings or trainings at other sites.

High School Diploma required.
