Kraemer North America is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Mountain West team in our maintenance shop located in Littleton, CO.
The Administrative Assistant performs various record keeping duties and other clerical related tasks to assist the equipment and maintenance group in maintaining an efficient shop while providing outstanding internal customer assistance.

Responsibilities Complete annual licensing renewals, obtain required documents for SMM (Special Mobile Machinery), and new title/registrations as needed Review equipment work orders for duplicates, completion, and assist with appropriate distribution and submitting to Maintenance Coordinator Assist with scheduling DOT and annual inspections and report submission to Maintenance Coordinator Assist with on-line perimeter set up, distribution, and confirmation of serial numbers of Samsara devices Work with rental coordinator to assist with reporting equipment rental usage and maintaining necessary rental documents for distribution and internal record keeping Assist in picking up and delivering vehicles for service and other maintenance needs to include occasional parts running to shop or project sites Maintain and organize regional equipment files in compliance with standards company protocol Provide other areas of support to maintenance/equipment department as needed to ensure seamless day to day operations Process routine paperwork Monitor shop supply inventory Qualifications Knowledge of general office procedures Working knowledge of general office equipment and proficiency in MS Office Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others (verbally and written) Ability to manage multiple priorities; flexibility in performing tasks Detail Orientated with good general math skills Ability to remain on task with numerous interruptions Self-motivated Valid drivers' license required BenefitsMedical & Dental Insurance Paid Parental Leave 401(k) Savings Plan w/company match Profit Sharing Dependent Care and Health Care Reimbursement Plan Life Insurance & Dependent Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Holidays/Vacation/Sick Pay Educational Assistance Computer Purchase Program
Hiring Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour; starting wage is dependent on multiple factors: education, experience, skills, market rates, internal equity and/or location.
