Position Summary
Provides unclaimed property compliance and consulting services.Assists the Unclaimed Property practice with administrative support, analyzing and inputting data, generating due diligence letters, and managing owner responses and mailings.Additionally, position will assist in the preparation of jurisdictional unclaimed property reports on a seasonal basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Generate due diligence letters Manage, track, and organize owner responses Respond to owner inquiries (calls/e-mails) Assist with reissuing owner payments Assist with the preparation and remittance of unclaimed property reports and requests for funding adhering to designated calendar deadlines Communicate written and orally to convey information effectively both internally and externally Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned Assists with special projects as needed Education and Qualifications Detail oriented Superior customer service skills Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Accountable and adaptable, with special adherence to time management under crucial deadlines Availability to travel as needed
