We are seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Worldwide Fulfillment by Amazon.

Must have the ability to communicate well, manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously, and maintain professionalism in dealing with managers and executives.
Key job responsibilities Daily onsite support for the VP including tracking and printing of documents.
Back up of calendar and scheduling requirements for the VP.
Coordinate travel and create detailed itineraries.
Complete and file expense reports.
Supporting logistics and planning for leadership meetings and ownership in managing team morale events.
Tracking and helping drive completion of deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
Special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications High school or equivalent 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Are 21 years of age or older Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time 1 year+ experience with Executive Level Calendar Management 1 year+ experience planning, organizing, and supporting large meetings and events Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with end-to-end project management Experience with domestic or international travel coordination Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes High level of integrity and discretion Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
