**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members when necessary.
- Process and track expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.

2. **Communication:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all communications are handled professionally.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations.

3. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks related to specific construction or engineering projects.

4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information.
- Assist in data entry and documentation for various administrative functions.

5. **Office Organization:**
- Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and conducive to productivity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

6. **Reporting:**
- Compile and generate reports as required to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Monitor deadlines for tasks and assist in keeping the team on track.

7. **Ad Hoc Duties:**
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management to support various departments when necessary.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or construction-related environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
- **Personality Traits:**
