Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will research missing or incorrect title paperwork, answer calls from insurance partners, respond to voicemails, and review legal documents while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities include completing applications to transfer title ownership, entering information into our operating system, staying current with title/salvage laws in multiple states, reviewing titles for signatures, obtaining signatures from sellers and buyers, performing data entry, and handling heavy emailing.
The role requires meeting deadlines and navigating through SOA, POA, and liens on vehicles.
Immediate reporting of policy violations to a supervisor or manager is mandatory.

Work Environment Our office occupies 3 floors with a new office environment.
You will have your own cubicle area to work in, and all equipment is provided.
The workspace is business casual, and there is a Starbucks on the main floor.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with overtime details to be determined.
