### Job Description:

As an Administrative Coordinator at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse teams. #### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team events and virtual gatherings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems to ensure all documents are easily accessible and well-documented.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and clarity.

3. **Time Management & Prioritization:**
- Analyze and prioritize incoming requests and tasks efficiently to support team objectives.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables and ensure that deadlines are met.

4. **Problem-solving and Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle unforeseen challenges by developing creative and effective solutions to keep projects on track.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align administrative processes with overall business goals.
- Support team members in resource allocation and provide backup assistance as required.

6. **Financial Coordination:**
- Assist in budget management and tracking expenses to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Process invoices and handle reimbursement requests in a timely manner.

7. **Training and Onboarding Support:**
- Support new team members during the onboarding process by coordinating schedules and providing necessary resources.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to foster an environment of continuous learning.

#### **Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Familiarity with data management systems and document management tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
