Major Duties (Job Description) You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and documenting PEO Digital support contacts' vendor performance in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of awarded contracts.You will assist in identifying opportunity to improve contracting support to portfolios, assisting in portfolio procurement planning activities and contracting needs.You will provide support by providing daily oversight and management to assigned contracts and perform as a certifying official responsible for reviewing and/or approving invoices.You will maintain contract files ensuring proper archival in central repositories and comply with the Program Office Data Management Program.You will support final close-out activities for task orders and contracts and tracking of contract costs.You will analyze and evaluate interrelated issues such as contract cost, performance, and schedule taking into full consideration program management issues and risks.Qualification Summary Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing daily oversight and management of assigned contracts as a Contracting Office Representative (COR).
