Advisor Solutions Team Lead

Role:
As a Team Lead and Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service culture by:
- Leading the Advisor Solutions team.
- Addressing advisors' needs through effective management of team-based Advisor Support resources.
- Overseeing HR responsibilities for the team, including performance reviews and salary evaluations.
- Ensuring adherence to processes and making necessary adjustments when required.
- Managing incoming advisor calls, providing operational expertise, sharing industry best practices, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving service challenges.
- Collaborating with custodian partners and internal departments to support advisors effectively.
- Educating advisors on custodian platform processes, services, and procedures.
- Collaborating with clients to solve problems and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Serving as the primary contact for "Elite" firms, focusing on service and operational excellence.
- Providing administrative and operational support to advisors and their staff.
Qualifications:
- A strong willingness to learn and keep abreast of RIA industry developments.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services; experience with Fidelity and/or Schwab is advantageous.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and work efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships while offering innovative solutions.
- Flexibility to travel to the Little Rock home office as needed.

Salary: $ 65,000.00 85,000.00 Per Year
