After Sales Technician

Job Summary:The After Sales Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and service to customers who have purchased battery products, including EV battery packs and modules. This position involves addressing post-sale inquiries, performing diagnostics, and conducting necessary repairs to ensure customer satisfaction with our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and service to customers for battery products.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and concerns reported by customers.
Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on battery products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with the After Sales Engineer and Customer Service team to ensure timely resolution of post-sale problems.
Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance, for record-keeping and analysis.

Required Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or technician role, preferably in the field of electrical or mechanical systems.
Educational background in a relevant field, such as Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.

Base Pay Information:Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range. The specific base pay for the After Sales Technician role will depend on factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
