Description
The Aftermarket Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Aftermarket Line of Business, leading Program Managers, Field Services, in-house repairs, spare parts proposals, and managing key aftermarket customer relationships. The position must have a strong background in customer service, technical support, and team leadership, ensuring the delivery of exceptional post-sales support and service.
Aftermarket services management: Develop business plan for complete aftermarket and logistics support for new production product in currently unsupported regions.Integrated support logistics management: Develop and manage ILS plans to ensure the availability and reliability of spare parts and components.Customer support and services oversight: Ensure timely and effective customer support for all aftermarket needs.Use data to drive decisions and improvements in service processes.Analyze service operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Oversee the resolution of customer issues related to product maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims.Manage Program Managers that oversee budget, schedule, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.Maintain cost books, and program EACs.Leads discreet efforts and leads production support level of efforts.Briefs Executive level staff on Program performance, and contribution towards division goals.Responsible for growing the aftermarket business and managing the profit and loss center.Position Requirements
