Roles and Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to ensure accurate tracking and reporting Assist in the development of social skills, communication, and daily living skills for clients Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent and effective support for clients Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines and protocols Qualifications: RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment Ability to pass a background check
