As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day AI Data operations of the company, driving revenue and ensuring that customer commitments are met on time while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position will require strategic thinking, client relationship focus and exceptional organizational skills. You will be a senior member of our operations team and have the opportunity to shape our most critical operational processes.
Main Duties

The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership:

Ensure client projects are adequately staffed with resources to complete on schedule.
Diligently oversee budgets, confirming that all tasks assigned to talent pools have specific throughput requirements or fixed payment levels. Manage exceptions as necessary, certifying that the talent pool has proper justification for any time or cost overrun.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Talent, Solutions, Sales, Client teams and Manager to design project schedules.
Setup, launch, close and invoice projects in required tools
Oversight the projects schedules, flagging tasks and deliveries that are at risk and working to remediate issues before they threaten delivery or quality.
Analyze current workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Able to propose and implement automation solutions internally and cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to retrain, remove, reposition or replace the talent pool according to quality and throughput needs.
Monitor productivity through Power BI dashboards and engage with the production team to ensure that there are sufficient resources to claim all available tasks. Delegate to to in-market PMs the tasks to "chase" the talent pool so that tasks are picked-up, or engaging with the Talent team to add more resources.
Coordinate the engagement life cycle for the talent pool, from onboarding, through training and orientation, through task completion, ending in PO generation and off-boarding
Manage access of all talent to communications and production platforms, in coordination with IT as necessary.
Assist with file management (including adding files to project tasks in Relay, Label Studios, Asana) as necessary to support production
Manage all delivery and administrative communications with the client
Plan all meetings among internal staff, and between staff and external talent
Participate in technical operations, learning and executing standard technical processes in support of client deliveries.
Experience

Advanced English skills.
Bachelor's degree in an analytics-heavy major (e.g., Engineering or Economics) and/or a graduate degree in Operations, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations role or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
Analytical, planning, and process improvement capability.

Experience in the AI Data Services industry is preferred
Experience with reading SQL or demonstrated analytical skills
Experience with resource management tools (e.g. Workday)
