At Newhouse Project Consulting, we're looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Project Administrator on a 3-6 month contract assignment. In this role, you'll work closely with a Project Manager (PM) who is navigating a challenging client environment, providing critical administrative and project coordination support. Be the PM's Right Hand: Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the PM can focus on high-priority project deliverables.Coordinate Project Activities: Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to keep the project on track.Manage Documentation: Organize and maintain project files, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accessible.Facilitate Communication: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.Support Task Execution: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.Stay Available: Be readily accessible during core working hours to address urgent requests or shifting priorities. Proven Experience: At least 2+ years in a project administrator, project coordinator, or similar role.Detail-Oriented Professional: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.Team Player with Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on evolving responsibilities.
