Job Title: Analyst Team Leader Department: Analyst Team Reports to: CEO Job Summary: An Analyst Team Leader drives operational excellence for the Analyst team through oversight and skill development of team members. This role holds the team members accountable for exhibiting core values and leading team execution. The Analyst Team Leader will set and implement a clear and specific action plan by identifying and solving endemic problems and challenges that impact individual team members or the entirety of the department.
A successful Team Leader demonstrates exceptional interpersonal communication skills and levels of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality. They are result-driven and responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership that inspires the team to perform optimally. They will work to create a cohesive team that works efficiently to meet performance expectations.
Analyst Team Leaders are located in Nashville, TN, and operate through a hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of working three days a week in the office (flexible days).
Supervisory Responsibilities: Recruits, interviews, hires, onboarding, and trains new staff. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities: Measuring team and individual performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating through transparent, consistent reporting.Coaching performance improvement through measurable plans that offer goals, actionable steps, and timebound execution. Training team members with skill development programs that reinforce best practices, measure concept retention, and position individuals for success.Allocating resources efficiently to meet strategic department goals while ensuring equitable workload balance across the team.Completing weekly 1-on-1 sessions and performance review cycles to facilitate individual growth and development while supporting leadership and other departments with feedback for process improvement or future hiring needs.Showing good judgment on goal prioritization by aligning team focus between short-term and long-term business needs. Required Skills/Abilities: Experience in the insurance industry or a related financial analyst position is desired. Preferably pertaining to claims, auto physical damage, and total loss adjusting. A college degree and two years of management experience is preferred. Additionally, a qualified candidate must possess proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office applications, data modeling and visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI), remote communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Slack), access to personal transportation, excellent driving record, ability to travel, and a willingness to relocate.

$86,000.00 - $129,000.00 annual base salary Team Performance Bonus Incentives Revenue Share Dividend assessed annually (10% base salary target) Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
