We are seeking a dedicated Appearance Attorney to represent our clients at court hearings and proceedings across various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

Attend morning and afternoon court appearances, including arraignments, motions, preliminary hearings, and other criminal proceedings (both virtual and in-person).
Present arguments, negotiate with prosecutors, and ensure the best possible representation for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and the firm regarding case progress and outcomes.
Report case updates promptly to our managing attorneys.
Ensure all court deadlines and filings are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

Active California Bar License in good standing.
At least 2 years of experience in criminal defense law (preferred).
Strong courtroom presence and excellent advocacy skills.
Ability to travel to various court locations.
Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our legal team.
