Description
You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who support teams advising Apple's service/customer support, engineering, operations, marketing and social media teams on a wide range of issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups and cross-functional business and engineering teams to strategize on global product support and service strategies. You will draft, review, and manage product warranties, service-related agreements, and advise on service policies. You'll help coordinate, strategize and draft responses to regulatory agency inquiries and investigations. You will review and provide guidance to Apple's social media and marketing teams on consumer-facing communications. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies. You will play an important role in supporting our service organization in providing award winning technical support and product service to customers around the world who enjoy Apple products.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience with general transactional, regulatory, or litigation mattersJD degree or equivalent and admission to at least one US state barKey Qualifications

Additional Requirements
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $193,000 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
