Overview: NOVOS FiBER is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to lead and direct our accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and more. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization's overall accounting systems, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and Fixed Asset management.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and facilitate audit processes.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support corporate budgeting and strategic planning.
Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, currently including two offshore AP analysts, with plans for expansion.
Ensure the accuracy of financial records and adherence to accounting standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Competencies/Skills: Strong accounting management skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience in audit management and corporate budgeting.
Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Managerial Responsibilities: Lead a team of two offshore AP analysts with plans for future expansion.

Salary Range: $96,000 to $115,000 annually.
