Assistant Director Of Nursing Adns

Shenandoah Senior Living Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON RN for our skilled nursing facility in Shenandoah, PA! Full time, M-F, daytime, and on-call as needed.

Rate: $90,000 annually

Responsibilities: Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department. Audit nursing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance maintained to ensure holistic care for our residents. Make daily rounds for observation of the care of residents. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain Infection Control practices and documentation for all staff and residents. Responsible for ensuring education is provided as needed in collaboration with the management team. Qualifications: Registered Nurse RN with a minimum of supervisory/leadership experience in nursing in a long-term care setting. Experience with the geriatric population in long-term care environment.
