Position Overview:The Assistant Event Coordinator will plan and execute events, ensuring high-quality service and smooth operations. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.
Salary Range: $20.25 - $30.50 per hour
Responsibilities: Plan and organize events, ensuring adherence to client needs and company standards.
Coordinate logistics, including venue, catering, and equipment.
Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure all event details are covered.
Provide on-site support during events, handling any issues that arise.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
