Assistant Managers are responsible for all marketing and field advertising. This includes all planning, coordinating, and execution of the business development campaigns. This position is critical in planning and facilitating daily marketing campaigns regionally.
Duties and Responsibilities:Planning and execution of field marketing campaigns and salesWork in person and directly with our customers and clients at their homes or events we set upManage promotions and strategy in conjunction with management.Coordinate promotions staffOversee the distribution of promotional materialsResponsible for territory mapping for local promotionsSkills & Communication:Take a responsible role as a team leaderMaintain regular & efficient communication.Document minutes/actions from meetings attended.Develop & train new team members and advise management on marketing strategiesRequirements:Ability to lead as well as follow and execute instructions effectivelyMust be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyMust be solution-drivenMust be comfortable working on commission-based pay and high-potential bonuses*Please note- This is an entry-level position and we provide all training in-house.
