In this dual role, you will manage our social media engagement, support the recruitment process, and perform various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Create and post engaging content to promote job openings and company updates.
Respond to comments and inquiries to boost engagement.
Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements across various job boards and company platforms.
Monitor candidate applications and maintain a candidate tracking system.
Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess fit for open positions.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Source potential candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties including managing emails and phone calls.
Assist with documentation, filing, and database management.
Support the recruiting team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus but not required.
Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with potential candidates.

This position requires working on-site at our office in Bayville, NJ.
