The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 600 stores in the US. We need a hardworking, personable, goal-oriented Assistant Store Leader for our store located in 5th+Broadway. Each store is a unique experience where a clean, high energy, and fun environment is of utmost importance.
Responsibilities Inspire, develop and lead team to drive an excellent customer experience and revenueImplement high customer service standards throughout the store and teamCreate and maintain relationships with our guestsEncourage suggestive selling to maximize revenueMonitor inventory and replenish sales floor as neededMaintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standardsProvide constructive feedback on product sell-through to Store ManagerMentor and develop team through clear communicationEducate and train team on product knowledgeSupport Store Manager on any aspect of the businessEmbrace an environment that is respectful in communicationResponsible for securing storeMinimum Requirements 1-2 years retail apparel experienceEager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with and/or managing inventorySuperior organization and time managementTeam player, has fun, and takes ownershipSelf-starterIndependent, goal-oriented, data-driven, competitive, and positive energyPeople person - approachable, friendlyStrong retail business acumenInventory integrityProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google DriveAbility to adapt quickly to new systems and processesFlexible availability, nights, weekends, and holidays38-40 hours to maintain full-time statusWhat will make you stand out 3+ years of retail management experienceFashion/apparel industry experiencePassion for making people happyProficiency with Shopify and Shopify POSStrong integrityExcellent fashion senseSelf-awarenessHumble, hungry, and smartBenefits Paid hourly and bi-weeklyBonus opportunitiesEmployee DiscountHealth Benefits401kPaid parking pass providedPlease submit a cover letter along with your resume.
