Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly rate ranges from $19.28 - $19.48 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.Assist in the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales/profitability.Establish and maintain Guest Services.Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage.Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.Minimum Requirements:Minimum age requirement is 18.Must have a flexible schedule.Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.Prior retail management experience is required.
