Assistant Superintendent

To provide technical and administrative assistance to the General Superintendent.
You will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors in their duties on both maintenance and construction projects.
This is a hands-on position.
Up keep of preventative maintenance, including the keeping of daily work logs.Assist the General Superintendent in the procurement of supplies and the issuance of purchase orders.Maintain strong relationships with all subcontractors and ensure that invoicing and product orders are timely.Maintain up-to-date inventories of maintenance and consumable supplies.Assist in the hiring and training process in an effort to continuously develop both new and existing colleagues.Assign and assist with work ordersInstall, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems in company hotels and restaurants.
