Key Responsibilities: Assist in the representation of clients in matters related to lending, banking, and real estate transactions.Draft and review various legal documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and real estate contracts.Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding compliance, risk management, and transactional matters.Support senior attorneys in litigation and dispute resolution, including preparing pleadings and discovery.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws affecting financial services and real estate. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar membership in California.2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, real estate, or related fields.
