Associate Attorney

Company Description We are an expanding personal injury law firm that needs another associate to handle cases once they enter litigation.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, taking depositions and handling court hearings, and ultimately trials.
We will train associates with little to no experience.
Experience is a plus, and salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications Completed Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in Ohio (or waiting on bar exam results) Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and ability to handle depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Previous experience working in a law firm or legal setting is preferred, though we will train new attorneys as well Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong desire to practice personal injury law, including litigation and trials
