We are seeking an Associate to join our Bay Area litigation team.
This exciting opportunity offers associate bonuses, mentorship, affiliation with plaintiffs' organizations, and more QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years previous experience litigating on behalf of plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, sexual abuse, civil rights, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct legal research and analysis to provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law, including personal injury, premises liability, sexual abuse, civil rights, and moreDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedingsAttend hearings, depositions, and trials to represent clients in courtWork closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutionsCommunicate with opposing counsel, judges, and other parties to negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputesManage a caseload of complex legal matters and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesKeep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in CaliforniaWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
