You've been a litigator for 2-5 years but looking for something more, a chance to learn from the best and help those in need.
Experience in personal injury is preferred.
Experience is in sexual abuse or medical malpractice is a plus.
The job: You'll be on a team with partners and senior associates managing individual plaintiff and complex legal matters from inception through trial.
You'll help real people when they need it the most and keep up to date with developing areas of the law.
You'll build your referral sources and participate in legal associations across the city, state, and country.

Job Responsibilities: · Manage a caseload of individual plaintiff and complex legal matters in the pursuit of justice.
· Handle cases from inception through trial.
· Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.
· Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in California.
· Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources.
· Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations.
Qualifications: · Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
· Active membership in the California Bar.
· 2+ year of experience in civil litigation.
· Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-value cases.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
