McEwan, Martinez, Dukes, Hall & Vancol, P.A. is a mid-size Civil, Personal Injury Litigation firm located in Orlando, Florida. We have been in practice over 75 years. Our main practice areas include the following: Medical Malpractice Defense, Auto, Trucking, Health Law, Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation and Appeals and Government Agency Proceedings. We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to become part of the team. *Essential Job Functions* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases Conducting depositions Assist with trial preparation and attend trials and mediations *Skills* Proficiency in Litigation Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills. *License /Certification Florida Bar admission in good standing (Required) Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school *Salary* Commensurate with experience *Work Location* In person
