Responsibilities Assist senior figures in the firm with managing their case load of Litigation matters from inception to trial whilst also taking point on some cases Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal precedents to support case strategy and ensure thorough preparation Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court rules Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
