Requirements: Admission to the State Bar of CaliforniaOver 5 years of experience in defending insurance bad faith and fraud cases or handling Special Investigation Unit (SIU) claimsProficiency in conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparationAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
