The Connected Warfare division provides the joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystem built from hardware, software and partners to solve mission command problems. This mesh powers applications and unifies Anduril capabilities which provide mission command to the warfighter and allow real time decisions at the tactical, operational and strategic level of war. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the US Marine Corps Command and Control market to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril's Connected Warfare capabilities.Develop and maintain close working relationships with key Marine Corps stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams across operations, engineering, and manufacturing.Serve as a leader for existing Marine Corps programs within the Connected Warfare Division; design, implement, and execute strategic capture campaigns within Marine Corps Systems Command and PEO Land Systems.Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.Lead initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business and financial performance in a material and meaningful manner.Deliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate is a proven growth leader who has demonstrated experience in shaping and capturing complex C2 hardware and software programs, with preference given to candidates with recent experience interacting with USMC PEO Land Systems and Marine Corps Systems Command.Demonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions, with a history of zero-to-one defense program growth in the US Army or US Marine Corps a plus.Intimate understanding of government contracting, fielding, requirements generation, and budgeting for the purposes of transitioning prototype capabilities to production.Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of deploying unmanned systems in a Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Low-bandwidth (DDIL) environment.A leader who can build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to market.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment.Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within defense and intelligence community.Demonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.Excellent writing and communication skills with experience briefing senior executives and customers.Preferred candidate is based out of Washington, DC.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI Security clearance.Must be willing to travel up to 35%.Minimum of 10 years of relevant Program Management, acquisitions or business development/sales capture experience in the government and/or private sector.US Salary Range $140,000 - $210,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
