Provides the key client relationship to a major client or clients through relationships with senior executives and strategic leaders in the client organization in a large market or part of a large region. Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA portfolio and identifying new business opportunities. Co-ordinates the sales, business & service lines at a regional and/or market level to ensure effective execution against client needs and IQVIA revenue targets. Work throughout multidisciplinary teams to build the solutions for the clients.

Responsibilities

Priorities of the Associate Key Account Director:

• Defend, Maintain and Grow Information Solutions offerings

• Drive large renewals and sales displacement efforts

• Lead engagement with client Commercial Operations stakeholders

• Solutioning… Create high value information solutions for client use cases leveraging new and existing Commercial Operations investments

• Extensive working knowledge of Provider and Patient information sources, as well as the application of those sources to answer business questionss

Essential Functions:

• Develop long term business relationships with Commercial Operations stakeholders within assigned strategic US based accounts.

• Understand client business priorities and be an active voice of the customer within the IQVIA organization to influence our business strategy, investments, and engagements

• Be an information expert and 'own' the information ecosystem with a focus on patient

• Collaborate with IQVIA service lines, solution sales and COE's to drive customer value & leverage those engagements to enhance client partnerships and develop new business.

• Develop and lead execution of Commercial Operations business plan

• Develop and lead execution of information strategy & commercial support for product launches at your assigned account(s)

• Develop and execute sales displacement strategies

• Develop account level launch plans for new IQVIA services

• Optimize core contracts based on client needs

• Lead negotiations for renewal of large multi-year contracts

• Participate in all available trainings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 5-8 years of healthcare information and/or commercial operations experienced preferred

• Requires deep knowledge of one or more related job areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $107,900.00 - $200,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
