About the role: Our Ad Sales/Marketing Team is looking for a creative digital-first marketer to join our team. You will work cross-functionally across our brands to produce undeniable creative proposals for our advertising partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded marketer to lead and build capabilities across brands, digital products, and ad/sales marketing. You will report to our Director, Integrated Marketing.
We are a hybrid organization. You can work out of any of our offices – Milwaukee, NY or Los Angeles or work remotely from home.  We are looking for talent across the country. 
About you: The ideal candidate will blend client objectives with insight-driven creativity, crafting impactful concepts that breathe life into TMB campaigns. You like to build things and have your finger on the pulse of what's new and next for our industry. You have the experience in creating new ideas and custom experiences that resonate. You can productize capabilities from pricing / packaging to developing an effective go-to-market plan for clients. You have a can-do attitude and can overcome stumbling blocks by being solutions oriented.
You will:  You will manage the brainstorming and creation of  brand proposals, partnering with the sales team to formulate multiplatform (digital, social, streaming, print, and/or experiential) integrations with compelling cross-property campaign narratives & storytellingCollaborate closely with internal teams including Activation, Account Management, and Ad Ops to ensure creative is seamlessly translated into campaign executionContribute to the development of new integrated opportunities that serve as compelling thought-starters for client conversationsLeverage the best Trusted Media Brand capabilities, and customize elements based on RFP and client objectivesYou have: 2+ years or more of experience at an agency, media company or sales organization with experience in pre-sale creative strategy - You know how to use data or content insights to develop custom content, enterprise-level campaigns, social/video franchises, and effective pricing/packagingKnowledge of digital marketing trendsSocial Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of all major social platforms Familiarity with standard digital audience and social analytics tools (Looker, comScore, Permutive, etc.) and ability to derive insights from dataStrong communication skills Skilled at  Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, ExcelNice to have: Strong writing and/or design skillsInterest in, or passion for the home, cooking and DIY spaceClient-facing experience presenting and selling in your ideas to partnersOur Benefits: We value our people and offer a collaborative and engaging culture.
