Associate Pastor of Next Generation Ministries This is a FULL TIME Ministry Position. NexGen Pastor reports and works directly with the Lead Pastor of Victory Church.
Position Description
The primary functions of the NexGen Pastor are threefold:
Ministry Shepherd: Responsible for training Victory Church kids and students to find and follow Christ Jesus through authentic relationships, Biblical education, and family discipleship.Ministry Leader: Responsible for loving, equipping, and celebrating the amazing parents/families of Victory Church as well as the volunteer servants within each ministry area.Ministry Coordinator: Responsible for vision casting, planning, and implementing the scheduled services and ministerial events of Victory Kids, Victory Preteens, & Victory Students Ministries.
