Review product integrations with third-party platforms to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, data protection laws, intellectual property rights, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Advise on payment processing features and marketplace functionality, focusing on global compliance with automatic renewal laws, AML, KYC, and payment industry standards, including PCI-DSS, while mitigating risks associated with fraud and user liability.
Guide teams on content monetization, copyright, and privacy issues (particularly related to data analytics, minors, and age-verification frameworks).
