About This RoleThe Associate Project Manager is a great opportunity for someone seeking to grow their career in residential construction.
Day to day, you will have the opportunity to learn and build upon your construction knowledge.
Overall, you will manage your residential projects from start to finish while partnering with outside stakeholders.
You'll report to the Senior Project Manager while working closely with internal operations in a collaborative effort.

On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
Modeling and representing MN Custom Homes values on projects and jobsites Managing the construction and ownership of residential, single-family projects Developing your residential construction knowledge through hands-on project management Supporting and building relationships with subcontractors and key stakeholders Owning and creating budgets based on project expectations Ensuring operational excellence and safety standards are met on jobsites Collaborating with presale clients on project expectations Managing processes and communicating updates to key stakeholders Participating in ad hoc projects to grow your toolbox Physical Requirements Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching Lifting up to 20lbs occasionally Standing and/or walking for extended periods of time Travel & Vehicle Requirements Regular travel between job sites within a 5-mile radius of Bellevue and Kirkland Valid WA State driver's license, an acceptable driving record and proof of vehicle insurance are required What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Construction Management strongly preferred 1 - 4 years' experience Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams) Some fluency with Spanish (read/write/speak) is preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills Willingness to be a proactive partner in a collaborative team environment Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills Comfort and flexibility in taking on new tasks or projects, and lending a hand in and outside your immediate team Ability to (re)prioritize and multitask effectively, picking up where you left off without missing a beat Ability to learn and retain information quickly, and understand general upstream/downstream implications Employee Benefits 100% covered employee premiums for medical and dental self-coverage 100% employer-paid life insurance 100 % employer-paid long term disability insurance Paid medical and family leave Critical illness insurance 401(K) with generous company match, no vesting schedule, and access to professional financial advisors 20 days of PTO & 9 holidays New iPhone for your personal and business use Free onsite parking Company paid events Complimentary snacks & beverages Hybrid work schedule option combining remote work-from-home with regular weekly in-office workdays available, subject to change as determined by business need Hours & CompensationThis is a full-time position paying $80,000 - $94,000 + discretionary bonuses.
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position.
Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
