Associate Research Scientist

Job Description R&D Partners is seeking to hire an Associate Research Scientist in Lawrenceville, NJ. Your main responsibilities as an Associate Research Scientist: Support programs as they transition from discovery to a FIH study.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for running various experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.
The type of experiment will vary, depending on the needs of the program.
What we are looking for in an Associate Research Scientist: Candidate should have a B.S or M.S in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or a related field with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in an industry setting.
Experience with preparing human primary cell samples, cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISAs, and PCR.
Hands-on experience with processing human blood for PBMCs
Ensure accurate recording of data into an electronic laboratory notebook.
The ideal candidate would be able to work independently, demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work as a member of a large cross-functional team.
