Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking an Associate Technical Service Representative, who will provide basic warranty and technical sales support across an entire product line. The Associate Technical Service Rep plays a key role in supporting external customers, internal service department systems, policies, and procedures.

What You Will Do
The Associate Technical Service rep provides sales support, welding process support, and warranty support via phone, email, web chat and social media. Utilizes knowledge of product line, welding processes, and customer application to support customers. Key responsibilities include:
Applies strong customer service experience to answer warranty policy questions, and basic technical sales support questions.
File warranty reports on behalf of customers.
Use enterprise software to check stock, prices, and place warranty orders as required.
Apply organizational skills to help generate knowledge content for external and internal use.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed department and organizational performance targets.
Ability to work flexible hours within the contact center.
Education & Experience Required
Technical school/training with an Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years technical troubleshooting OR equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience using Microsoft Office products, enterprise software such as SAP or similar, with intermediate typing skills.
Demonstrated background in a customer service environment utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience (But Not Required)
Pursuit of (or completed) Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in a second language.
CRM system experience such as Salesforce.
ERP system (SAP).
Preferred technical customer service experience. This is a training position.
