We are seeking a skilled Temporary Attorney to join our client's team. This role is onsite. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting real estate, government, business law, and litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Conduct extensive legal research using Westlaw and other legal databases. Draft legal documents, including contracts, title reports, and litigation pleadings. Review and analyze real estate title reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide legal support on matters involving government and business law. Assist with litigation cases, including preparing documents and organizing case files. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and effective case management.
