Job Description We are looking for a BDC Specialist to join our team. The BDC Specialist works to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication and presentation skills, good math skills, and a valid and clean driver's license.

Responsibilities Promotes and seeks out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experienceInteracts with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentationWorks closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRMCompletes phone calls as assigned by the BDC ManagerActs as a member of the BDC team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting rolesConducts sales department service toursStays informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customersAttends product and sales training as requested by BDCAttends sales meetingsMaintains a professional appearanceManages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when neededProvides timely and accurate reports as requiredGreets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful mannerHandles customer complaints or escalates when necessaryComplies with and enforces all safety policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications High school diploma or GEDBDC experience preferredSufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsStrong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and advertising copyPresentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicMathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumeAbility to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, verbal, diagram, or scheduleClean driving record and a valid driver's licenseMust pass a pre-employment background and drug testAble to achieve goals with limited direct supervisionExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Benefits Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceSick Leave401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Competitive Pay PlansEmployee Discount purchase programEmployee Assistance programsEmployee Referral Program Company Description WHY WORK FOR THE ATLANTIC AUTO GROUP?
