At Douglas J Aveda Institutes & Salons we are seeking a Guest Services Associate to help us ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
About the position: We're seeking a Guest Services Associate who enjoys making our guests' day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests' experience by:
Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s) Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases Performing Aveda Rituals of Renewal, such as the hand and arm massage Qualifications What we're looking for: A serving heart and a charismatic, approachable personality High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, specifically needing evenings & Saturdays available  Additional Information Why should you apply?
